4. Payment Terms
Clients are required to pay 50% of the total fee upfront prior to the commencement of work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel their service agreements by notifying WebForWealth in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where a client cancels within the first three days of signing the service agreement. In such cases, a full refund will be issued as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction. Beyond this three-day cooling-off period, while deposits remain non-refundable, clients may still be liable for additional charges depending on the stage of project completion at the time of cancellation.
6. No warranties
This website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and WebForWealth makes no express or implied representations or warranties of any kind related to this website or the materials contained on this website.
7. Limitation of liability
In no event shall WebForWealth, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise.
